Classes & Sign Up
Sign up for a trial, enroll, or waitlist for the class you're interested in below. Each child will get their own mats and equipment, set up in a socially distant manner, that we will disinfect in between classes. All class tuition is per month.
Outdoor Mini-Twisters, with Parent (Ages 3-4)
This class introduces young kids to gymnastics through obstacle courses, games and songs. We go on make-believe adventures where we pretend to be animals, visit oceans and beaches, and more, all while learning foundational skills in gymnastics such as forward rolls and handstands. Our obstacle courses include mats, inclines, beams, springboards and floor bars to teach the basics of all of the events in an engaging manner best suited to young kids.
Parent participation in this class is to assist with spotting, which coaches can’t do while social distancing. Coaches provide instruction on how to spot each of the skills that need spotting.
**Class is currently not running but will start once 3 people are waitlisted
Outdoor Twisters (Ages 4-6)
This class covers the same skills as the Beginner level class, but is designed for younger children. In this class we do gymnastics-themed games that are better suited to younger kids and go on more make-believe adventures to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, such as handstands and cartwheels. Even though we are outdoors, we still have mats for drills, low beams, floor bars, springboards, etc. so we can learn the basics on the 4 Women’s Olympic events (vault, bars, beam and floor)! This class is designed to enhance your child’s coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, self-esteem, listening skills, and more!
Outdoor Beginner (Ages 6-12)
In this class we learn the fundamental skills of beginning gymnastics on all of the 4 Women’s Olympic events (vault, bars, beam and floor). Even though we are outdoors, we still have mats for drills, low beams, floor bars, springboards, and more. We set up drills to learn skills such as handstands and cartwheels, and mix in games and partner feedback to make learning to do these skills properly more fun! This class is designed to enhance your child’s coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, self-esteem, listening skills, and more!
Outdoor Intermediate and Advanced (Ages 6-13)
These classes are designed for gymnasts who have mastered the basics taught in previous classes. Children will advance their skills on the 4 Olympic events (vault, bars, beam, floor) using mats for drills, low beams, floor bars, springboards, and more. They will also gain strength and improve the quality of skills learned in previous classes. Although we don’t spot in these class to maintain social distancing, we do use appropriate matting to keep kids safe while continuing to work harder skills.
*Class requires coach approval
